Michigan State crushed Oakland University last night, 88-57. ES tuned in at half-time to see the Spartans up big and watch a few highlights of Draymond Green going nuts. He had a big night, 19 points on 9-11 shooting to go with 12 rebounds. On the whole, MSU had 20 assists and 12 turnovers, and shot 56% from the floor. The Big Green outrebounded OU 40-27.

And, goodness me, even Derrick Nix hit a free throw. He improved his overall percentage to 8.7% free throw shooting (2-23) for the season with his 1-3 night. Nix won't see much playing time the rest of the year unless he can hit those free throws.
